With over a decade of experience in childcare management and consulting, I’m proud to support the Academy of Early Learning Training as Manager. I’m passionate about guiding educators to deliver high-quality care and build strong foundations for lifelong learning.

With over 18 years in early childhood education, I’ve worked in roles from educator to director, gaining a strong understanding of the sector. Since 2017, I’ve specialised as a trainer and assessor, supporting future educators with practical, industry-focused guidance and a passion for quality learning.
