Lliam Bishop

RTO Manager

Hi! I have grown with most of my life having family in the Early Childhood Industry. I have a passion for teaching and started my post highschool journey becoming a flight instructor. Since then I have worked in Early Childhood with roles that range from admin to operations manager and almost everything in between. I have taken the role of manager at AELT and am excited to nurture the next generation of educators and managers that enrol into our courses.

With over 18 years in early childhood education, I’ve worked in roles from educator to director, gaining a strong understanding of the sector. Since 2017, I’ve specialised as a trainer and assessor, supporting future educators with practical, industry-focused guidance and a passion for quality learning.

I’ve worked across a variety of roles in early childhood education from educator to director which has given me a strong understanding of how services operate and what quality practice looks like. As the Riverland-based trainer and assessor, I’m passionate about supporting future educators through practical, real-world learning. My background in early childhood education management helps me connect training to the realities of running a centre, ensuring students are well-prepared to make a genuine impact in their workplaces.
